Explanation

After a request of an ENS filing to be amended or invalidated it is checked if any of its house consignments are in state “Presented”, “Controlled” or “Invalidated”.

Such ENS filings cannot be invalidated or amended. When IE3N07 “House consignment in incorrect state notification” is received no particular actions are expected from the economic operator as regards the message exchange. However, it has to be investigated what could be the reasons for the house consignments already presented/controlled to be part of an ENS which is arriving.
