We are seeing an MRN in CNS that doesn’t exist in iCustoms. What could be happening?

This usually happens when a declaration reference or UCN has been duplicated or synced incorrectly. It’s important to verify the MRN in iCustoms and HMRC, as mismatched data may cause reporting errors.
