Why am I getting a CDS error about a blank authorization identifier in my import declaration?

CDS requires the authorisation identifier (EORI/Customs Authorisation number) to be filled at the header level. Check the import declaration header and add the correct identifier. Once updated, resubmit the declaration to clear the CDS error.
