            Why is the “Generate PDF” button not working in reports?

            The PDF export can fail if the browser pop-up blocker is active or if the report size exceeds the limit. Allowing pop-ups for iCustoms and narrowing the date range usually fixes the issue. A new update has improved PDF generation performance.
