Why does my invoice or document fail to upload in IDP?

Upload failures usually occur when the file format or name doesn’t meet system standards, or when the IDP cache is full. Renaming the file to remove symbols and retrying after refreshing the session resolves most cases. Regularly clearing browser cache improves consistency.
