Why do I get duplicate records on my dashboard?

This can happen either if a user click on the duplicate on one of the submissions or duplicate entries may appear when users re-submit declarations before the previous request completes. Waiting for the confirmation message or refreshing after submission prevents duplicates. The team has optimised refresh logic to reduce accidental re-entries.
