Why is my CDS declaration showing “awaiting response” for hours?

This delay usually happens when customs systems are under high load or when network acknowledgements are queued. Waiting for the CDS acknowledgement message resolves the issue automatically. iCustoms monitors these delays and reattempts delivery if needed.
