Why is a valid carrier EORI (ZIM Lines) being rejected by iCustoms?

This may occur if the EORI format stored in the system differs (e.g., spacing, GB prefix, or registration mismatch). Validate that the EORI number is registered correctly in HMRC and update the contact profile in iCustoms accordingly.
