Q: If the IDP doesn't suit our needs, would it be possible to opt out and continue using ENS declarations only?
A: You can leave anytime with three months' notice. We'll provide full support and training at no charge to get you up to speed with ENS GB. However, we can't offer a rolling monthly contract. IDP will save you hours by eliminating manual data entry. If any issues arise, we'll work with you to ensure it meets your needs.
Q: Could you provide an update on the IDP for the attached CDS entry?
A: The document training is still in progress to ensure accuracy. We are working on setting it up.
