Q: Why am I unable to create an NCTS template despite selecting the "create template" option?
A: Templates can only be created from Draft entries. To create a template:
Click on the 3 dots next to the entry you want to template.
Select the Duplicate option.
The entry will be duplicated and displayed at the top.
Click on the 3 dots next to the duplicated entry and select Template.
A pop-up will request you to name the template, then press Save.
Saved templates will be stored in the templates tab.
Q: The NCTS screen isn't displaying any results.
A: Try performing a hard refresh on your browser (Ctrl + Shift + R) and logging back to the account.
Q: Why isn’t the NCTS Dashboard reflecting real-time updates?
A: HMRC has not yet issued the write-off notifications for the departures. This is the reason the MRNs are not updated to "write-off" status.
Q: Why can’t I see the NCTS screen, even after logging out and refreshing my browser?
A: Our team has recently updated the permissions and configurations of the NCTS module. Please try again, if still does not work contact our support team.
