Explanation

· In a submitted ENS Consultation request (IE3Q05) by the economic operator the used transport document reference is either non-existing or the requestor is not authorised to access its data.

The economic operator has to verify that they have indicated an existing transport document reference number (either master or house) and they are the authorized to access this information. For example, the person filing master level information only cannot access the content of the submitted by the house filers partial house level information. The Arrival notification (IE3N06) has to be re-submitted with the correct master transport document reference.
