Which ICS2 Fields Cannot Be Amended?

Overview

Some identifying and routing fields remain locked after an ICS2 declaration has been submitted.

Why ?

At General level, the following cannot be amended:

• LRN
• Master Transport Document Type and Reference
• Place of Acceptance and Loading — Location and Country
• Place of Unloading and Delivery — Location and Country
  
  

At House level, the following remain locked:

• Transport Document Number
• Acceptance Place — Location and Country
• Delivery Place — Location and Country
  
  

If these details need to change, a new declaration may be required.
