  2. Release Status: Live / Production

1. Release Summary

We have rolled out several highly requested features focusing on personalized workspaces, automated item-level entries, and flexible report customization across our entire product suite. These updates are designed to eliminate repetitive typing, save your team valuable time, and tailor the platform to your specific business needs.

2. Key Enhancements & New Features

Customized Reporting for All Products

You can now customize your reports to download only the specific data points you care about.

  1. Supported Products: CDS, ICS2, ROS, NCTS UK/IE, and S&S GB.
  2. How it Works: When generating a report, you will now see a column-selection menu in the filters. Simply check the boxes for the specific columns you need and exclude the rest. This ensures cleaner Excel sheets tailored directly to your internal audits.

iMagic Extended to Item Level (CDS, S&S GB, ROS)

We have extended our time-saving iMagic auto-fill tool from the header level down to individual item level declarations. The platform now remembers your historically cleared and released items to auto-populate fields instantly.

  1. How to Use:
  2. Select your desired iMagic profile at the header level to auto-fill static header data.
  3. Go to the item page and select your items.
  4. The system will automatically retrieve and apply the historical item details tied to the selected iMagic profile.
  5. Key Benefit: Static data for both headers and items is filled instantly, reducing typing errors and dramatically speeding up high-volume, repetitive declarations.

Persistent User-Level Filters (NCTS Departure)

To streamline your daily monitoring workflows, your active search and status filters in the NCTS Departure listing are now stored directly at the user level.

  1. Behaviour Change: When you apply filters to your NCTS Departure listing, those filters will remain locked in—even if you navigate away from the page, log out, or refresh your browser.
  2. How to Reset: Your preferred layout stays active until you explicitly click the "Clear" button.
