This release focuses on speed, convenience, and personalisation across the platform. We've eliminated repetitive template merging on CDS with a new bulk action, made customer contact information one click (or one hover) away from every product dashboard, and ensured your NCTS listing preferences stay exactly where you left them — plus added the Total Packages column on NCTS Departure listing.

2. Key Enhancements & New Features

Bulk Template Merge for CDS Drafts & Rejected Entries

1. Overview / What's New: You can now merge a template onto multiple CDS entries in a single action. Available for entries in Draft or Rejected status.
2. How it Works / How to Use:Navigate to the CDS Import or CDS Export tab listing.
3. Select one or multiple entries via the row checkboxes (Draft or Rejected only).
4. Click the Merge Template button.
5. The chosen template is applied to every selected entry in one go.
6. Key Benefit: Saves significant time for teams processing high volumes of draft or rejected entries — no more repeating the same template merge for every single declaration.

Direct Contact Edit & Hover Preview from All Dashboard Listings

1. Overview / What's New: Contacts can now be opened directly in edit mode from the dashboard listings of CDS, ROS, NCTS, S&S GB, and ICS2. Additionally, hovering over a contact on any dashboard listing displays a preview with the contact code and full address details.
2. How it Works / How to Use:On any supported dashboard listing, hover over a contact to see the quick-view tooltip (contact code + address details).
3. Click the contact to open it directly in edit mode — no need to navigate to the Contacts module first.
4. Key Benefit: Faster contact verification and correction without breaking your workflow — check details in place, or jump straight to editing when you spot an issue.

Persistent Per-User Column Order on NCTS Listings

1. Overview / What's New: Your column order preferences on NCTS listings are now saved per user and reloaded on every session.
2. How it Works / How to Use:Rearrange the columns on your NCTS listing once, by drag-and-drop.
3. The order is automatically saved to your user profile and re-applied every time you return, on any device.
4. Key Benefit: No more rearranging columns each session — your personalised view is always ready when you log in.

New "Total Packages" Column on NCTS Departure Listing

1. Overview / What's New: A new Total Packages column is now available on the NCTS Departure listing, showing the total package count per declaration directly on the listing.
2. How it Works / How to Use: Open the NCTS Departure listing.
3. Enable the Total Packages column from the cog wheel.
4. The Total Packages column appears alongside your existing columns
5. Key Benefit: At-a-glance visibility into package volumes without opening each declaration — helpful for prioritisation, reconciliation, and reporting.
