Product Update: CDS Bulk Declaration Upload Template Updated. Please Download the Latest Version

The CDS Bulk Upload template has been updated. The new template is aligned with the format of the CDS Report generated from the platform, meaning a Report downloaded from CDS can now be used directly as a Bulk Upload file (with your edits) without any manual reshaping.

Action required: Download the latest Bulk Upload template from CDS and use it for all new bulk uploads going forward. The previous template is no longer supported and will cause errors if used.

What’s Changed

CDS Bulk Upload Template Updated

The CDS Bulk Upload template has been updated to match the CDS Report format. This gives you a clean round-trip between the Report and the Bulk Upload, no more reshaping columns, renaming headers, or copying values between formats.

What’s included

1. Updated column structure on the Bulk Upload template, aligned to the CDS Report
2. Full compatibility with Reports downloaded from the CDS listing — download a Report, edit it, re-upload it as a Bulk Upload
3. No changes to the Bulk Upload action itself — the upload button and workflow remain the same
   
   

Why it matters: the gap between what the Report produces and what the Bulk Upload accepts has been the top friction point for high-volume users. Closing that gap means less file reshaping, less copy-paste, fewer errors, and a clean export-edit-reimport loop for your CDS data.

Required User Action

Please download the latest Bulk Upload template from the CDS Bulk Upload page and use it for all new uploads. The previous template is no longer supported.

If you upload declarations using the old template, the upload may fail with validation errors. If you see unexpected errors on a Bulk Upload after this release, the first thing to check is whether you’re on the latest template.
