Why did the CDS submission return an error for my declaration?

You can check for the error by clicking the 3 dots on the right side of your declarations and than click notifications. This errors usually happens when certain mandatory fields (like procedure codes or commodity values) are missing or incorrectly formatted before CDS validation. Reviewing the entry, correcting any red-flag fields, and resubmitting resolves the error. Keeping templates up to date helps prevent re-occurrence.
