Release Notes - Privacy Controls, Dashboard Enhancements & Secure API Docs

We’ve rolled out three updates focused on protecting your commercial confidentiality, speeding up dashboard tracking, and securing our developer tools while making them easier to access.

1. Keep Financial Data Private: Reduced Dataset PDF

When sharing a declaration PDF with carriers, hauliers, or other third parties, you shouldn’t have to expose sensitive commercial numbers.

To solve this, we’ve introduced the Reduced Dataset PDF option. When downloading this version:

1. All invoiced amounts are completely stripped out.
2. All tax information is hidden.
3. Your operational compliance data remains intact so cargo can move, but your proprietary financial relationships stay secure and confidential.

How to get started: This feature is managed at the company level. Please contact our support team to have the Reduced Dataset PDF feature enabled for your company.

2. See DUCRs at a Glance: CDS Dashboard Update

Stop wasting clicks opening individual declarations to check a reference number. We have added the DUCR as an available column directly on your main CDS Listing dashboard.

How to turn it on:

1. Navigate to your CDS Dashboard Listing.
2. Click on the cogwheel icon (column settings) in the top right of the table.
3. Check the box next to DUCR.
4. Save, and the column will instantly populate.

3. Upgraded & Secure Swagger API Documentation

For teams utilizing our developer tools, we have completely overhauled the user experience of our Swagger API Documentation to make it cleaner and more intuitive to navigate.

Alongside the design refresh, we have added a layer of authentication to protect our API structures. You don't need to juggle a new set of credentials for this—you can now log directly into the Swagger documentation using your standard iCustoms portal email and password.
