How to Authenticate in iTSS V1

Overview

To use iTSS V1 in iCustoms, you need to complete the iTSS V1 User Authentication using the API credentials provided by the Trader Support Service (TSS).

The required User ID and Password can be obtained from your TSS account through the API Management section.

How to Get Your iTSS API Credentials

1. Log in to the Trader Support Service (TSS) using your TSS credentials.
2. Go to your Company Profile.
3. Find the API Management section.
4. Request your API credentials.
5. The API credentials will be sent to your registered email address.
6. Use the credentials provided by TSS to complete the authentication in iCustoms.
   
   

How to Authenticate in iCustoms

1. Click on Settings under Configurations in the sidebar to manage your preferences.
   
   
   
2. Click on the Authentications tab to find all user authentication options.
   
   
   
3. Click iTSS V1 User Authentication.
   
   
   
4. Enter the User ID provided by TSS.
   
   
5. Enter the User Password provided by TSS.
   
   
6. Click the Save button to save the authentication details.
   
   
   

   Note: Make sure you enter the API credentials provided by TSS rather than your regular TSS login credentials.
