We've launched 5 new improvements to IDP this release to help you process documents faster and with greater accuracy.

Guided Virtual Tour

New to IDP? A guided virtual tour now walks you through the full workflow the first time you log in, showing you what each section does and how to use it. Already familiar? You can re-launch the tour anytime from the Action Menu whenever you need a refresher. Navigate at your own pace using Previous, Next, or Skip.

Email Alerts for Document Issues

When a document has errors, warnings, or information flags, the system can now send an automatic email to the document submitter with a full validation summary. No more chasing people to fix issues manually, submitters get a clear breakdown of exactly what needs attention so they can correct and resubmit quickly. You can also trigger this email manually whenever needed.

EU Number Formatting Support

Working with European documents? You can now enable EU numeric formatting from Advanced Settings. Once on, the system will automatically handle European number conventions such as comma as decimal separator, so values are correctly interpreted and submitted without manual conversion or errors during processing.

Resolve Conflicting Data Across Multiple Documents

When multiple documents such as a commercial invoice, packing list, and bill of lading are uploaded together, they can sometimes contain conflicting values for the same field. You can now review these conflicts at both the overall and per-document level and choose the most accurate value for your final declaration. This gives you full control over data quality before submission.

Auto-Show Totals in Document Details

Reviewing totals is now one less click. Enable the new "Auto-show Totals" option in Advanced Settings and the Totals section will automatically expand whenever you open the Document Details page — including any related validation flags. Perfect if you regularly check totals as part of your review process.
