We are excited to announce that our completely revamped Contacts Module is scheduled to go live on Tuesday, 7 July 2026. This upgrade enhances how we store, manage, and validate your contact profiles during declaration entries.

Pre-Live Testing in TDR (Sandbox)

To ensure a seamless transition, all upcoming changes are currently live on our TDR (Sandbox) environment.

1. UI Users: We highly encourage you to log into the TDR environment, explore the new layout, and test your daily workflows.
2. API-Integrated Users: If your systems connect to our platform via API, please run comprehensive tests within the TDR environment immediately. Ensure your internal data payloads map correctly and that all necessary adjustments are finalized on your end before the official deployment.

If you have any reservations, encounter discrepancies, or want to share early feedback, please let us know right away.

Scheduled Maintenance Window

To deploy these updates smoothly, our production server will undergo a brief maintenance window during off-peak hours. Please plan your declaration workflows around this time:

1. Date: Tuesday, 7 July 2026
2. Downtime Window: 06:00 BST – 08:00 BST
3. System Status: The platform would be temporarily unavailable.
