How to Archive Declaration

Overview

If you need to remove completed or no longer required declarations from your active declaration list, you can archive them in iCustoms. You can archive either a single declaration or multiple declarations at the same time by following the steps below.

Steps to Archive a Single Declaration

1. Locate the declaration
   Log in to iCustoms and locate the declaration you want to archive.
   
   

2. Open the declaration options
   Click the ⋮  at the end of the declaration.
   
   

3. Select Archive
   Select Archive from the drop down options.
   
    

4. Confirm the archive
   A confirmation message will be displayed confirming that your declaration has been archived successfully.
   
   
   
   
   

Steps to Archive Multiple Declarations

1. Select the declarations
   Select the checkboxes on the left-hand side of the declarations you want to archive.
   
   

2. Select multiple declarations
   Continue selecting the checkboxes for all declarations you want to archive. The Archive All button will become available.
   
   

3. Click Archive All
   Click Archive All to archive the selected declarations.
   
   
   

4. Confirm the archive
   A confirmation message will be displayed confirming that your declarations have been archived successfully.
