Overview
If you receive an error stating that the PERLODSUMDEC element is incomplete, the declarant information in the ENS declaration may be missing required details.
Why ?
Check the contact being used as the declarant.
Make sure the declarant information is complete before submitting the ENS. A valid EORI is required for the declarant.
