Overview
Bulk Upload and Merge Template both help reduce manual data entry, but they are used for different purposes.
Why ?
ICS2 Bulk Upload is used to create multiple declarations from an Excel spreadsheet. The spreadsheet contains General, House and Item data.
Merge Template is used inside a declaration to reuse information from a saved template. It fills reusable static information into the current draft.
Use Bulk Upload when working with multiple declarations and Merge Template when reusing saved declaration information.
