Overview

The iDP Document Management section allows you to view, search, track, edit, and manage documents throughout the document processing workflow.

How Can I View and Manage My Documents?

All documents can be viewed from the iDP listing page or Board View.

Documents can be edited, reviewed, and finalised using the three-dot menu in tile view or the Action menu on the edit page. Available actions may include:

  • Submitting a draft to CDS, ICS2, or ROS

  • Downloading a template

  • Publishing a document

  • Reviewing and finalising documents

How Do I Search or Filter Documents?

Documents can be searched using any available field, including:

  • Document Name

  • Document Type

  • Reference Number

  • Upload Source

You can also use the Advanced Filter section within the search bar to apply additional filters.

How Can I Track Document Status?

The document status is displayed in the Status column on the listing page. Documents can have one of the following statuses:

  • In Progress – The document contains validation errors.

  • Ready to Review – There are no validation issues and the document is ready for completion.

  • Completed – The document has been manually marked as reviewed.

  • Submitted – A final action, such as submitting a declaration to ICS2, CDS, or ROS, has been completed.

How Do I Edit or Update Document Data?

To edit a document, select its tile or choose Edit from the three-dot action menu.

From the edit page, you can:

  • Add or remove documents

  • Rerun document processing

  • Update item-level data by clicking the relevant field
